Toss & Tidy Privacy Policy

Toss & Tidy is a mobile game developed and published by Unknown Coast LLC ("Unknown Coast," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you play Toss & Tidy.

1. Information processed

Game progress and preferences. Toss & Tidy saves information on your device so the game works as expected. This may include unlocked stages, scores, preferences, settings, and other progress. The game does not require players to create an Unknown Coast account.

Gameplay analytics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used and improve it. Analytics may process information about app opens, sessions, stages started and completed, game modes, game performance, sorting interactions, and optional advertising-related events, as well as app-instance identifiers, device information, and approximate geographic information.

Advertising and device data. We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), advertising or other device identifiers, interactions with advertisements and the app, and diagnostic or performance information. This information can be used for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

Support correspondence. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and the contents of your message, to respond to your request.

2. How information is used

• Provide game functionality, save progress, and remember preferences.
• Measure game usage and understand which stages and features players use.
• Diagnose technical problems, improve reliability, and prevent misuse.
• Display and measure advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.

3. Advertising and player choices

Toss & Tidy may offer optional rewarded ads, such as ads players choose to watch for extra time or other in-game assistance. Ad availability can vary, and watching a rewarded ad is optional. Other ad placements, if enabled in the published game, are also provided through Google AdMob.

Where required, the game uses privacy messages to offer advertising consent or opt-out choices. Depending on your region, a privacy-options entry point may be provided within the app to revisit those choices. You may also control certain advertising preferences through your Android device or Google settings.

4. Services and data sharing

We use Google services, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob, which process information to provide analytics and advertising services. Google and advertising partners may process and share information as described in their own policies and applicable consent settings. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect the security of our services.

Unknown Coast does not sell player contact details or game progress databases to data brokers. Advertising-related processing by Google and its partners is addressed through the disclosures and choices described above.

5. Data retention and deletion

Progress and preferences stored locally generally remain until you clear the app's storage, uninstall the game, or the game replaces those data during normal use. Clearing app data may permanently reset your progress.

Analytics and advertising information may be retained by Google according to the service settings, applicable legal requirements, and Google's retention policies. Uninstalling the game does not necessarily delete information previously processed by those services.

Toss & Tidy does not currently offer Unknown Coast user accounts. To make a privacy or deletion request related to information we control, contact us using the email below. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law and explain any limitations on identifying or deleting provider-managed records.

6. Children's privacy

Toss & Tidy is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Age-related privacy requirements can differ by country or region. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the concern.

7. Data security

We use reasonable measures to limit unnecessary access to information. Google states that data transmitted by its Mobile Ads and Firebase services is encrypted in transit. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Toss & Tidy or its services change. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect updates. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
