Route Reactor is an Android puzzle game developed and published by Unknown Coast LLC ("Unknown Coast," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes information used when you play, the advertising services included, and available privacy choices.

1. Game progress and information you provide

On-device progress. Route Reactor may store completed levels, hint usage, unlocked progress, audio and gameplay settings, and similar preferences locally on your device. The game does not require you to create an Unknown Coast account or enter a name, email address, telephone number, or postal address to play. Device backup systems may preserve certain local data separately.

Messages you send us. If you contact Unknown Coast for support or privacy questions, we receive the information you choose to send (including your email address), and use it to respond.

2. Advertising — Google AdMob

Route Reactor uses Google AdMob to support the free game. Ads include interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between levels (planned after each 25 newly completed levels) and optional rewarded advertisements that players can choose to watch to receive a Double Hint. Ads are not required to play the core puzzles; availability and ad delivery can vary.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK and advertising partners may collect, process, and share technical information for ad delivery, measurement, related analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Depending on SDK configuration and device settings, this may include:

  • IP addresses, which can be used to estimate approximate geographic location;
  • advertising and other device/app identifiers, when available;
  • app and advertisement interactions such as launches, taps, ad views, and impressions; and
  • technical diagnostic and app performance information.

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized according to location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable restrictions. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's explanation of data use by partner apps.

3. Advertising consent and privacy choices

Where required by law or Google's policies, Route Reactor uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present advertising consent or privacy choices. Eligible players may be asked to review choices and, where required, can revisit them through an in-game privacy-options control. You can also manage some advertising preferences using Android and Google account settings.

Declining personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing Route Reactor, though available ads and rewards may vary.

4. How information is used and shared

We use locally stored data to maintain your game progress and settings. Google AdMob and its advertising partners process technical information to serve and measure ads, for related analytics, and for security and fraud prevention, subject to the choices and policies that apply.

Route Reactor is not planned to include a separate Google Analytics for Firebase gameplay analytics integration, public player profile, or account-based leaderboard. AdMob's own advertising-related analytics and measurement still apply. We do not sell support-message email addresses to data brokers. Some jurisdictions may classify certain advertising-related transfers as “sale” or “sharing,” for which applicable choices may be offered.

5. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored progress generally remains on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the game, or overwrite the save. Operating-system backup services may retain copies. Uninstalling the game does not necessarily delete data previously processed by third-party advertising services.

Google and its advertising partners retain information in accordance with their own policies. We keep correspondence you send for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal needs. You may contact us to request access, deletion, or other applicable rights concerning information we control. Requests concerning information controlled by Google may need to be addressed through Google's tools and processes.

6. Intended audience and children's privacy

Route Reactor is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not specifically directed or marketed to children under 13. We follow applicable privacy and advertising protections for minors. If you believe information about a child has been handled inappropriately, please contact us.

7. Security

We aim to minimize unnecessary information collection and apply reasonable security measures to data under our control. Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed fully secure.

8. Google Play and external services

When you install or update Route Reactor through Google Play, Google handles information related to the store and its services under Google's own terms and policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the game's features, included SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and we will provide additional notice when required.
